I cannot recommend the ENELL Male Support Vest too highly to men with enlarged breasts. Not only does it flatten your chest, but it is inconspicuous under most clothing and when you're active your boobs aren't moving anywhere (and you know what a giveaway that can be!). And it's comfortable! I regard the ENELL as a viable alternative to surgery for moderate breast enlargement. Believe it or not, in this thing, you can forget you've got them. John (Australia)
