Shipping Information:
ENELL is based in the US.
For all orders:
We ship orders within 24hrs during regular business hours. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
For US orders:
Orders are shipped via USPS mail and are usually received in 2-3 business days
International Orders
For our international customers, we’re so glad you’re here! To ensure the most accurate shipping options, pricing, and delivery information, we kindly ask that you visit our International Retailers page. There you’ll find trusted retail partners who can best assist you with ordering ENELL products in your country. This helps provide a smoother shopping experience with clearer shipping timelines and costs.
International orders can not be exchanged.
Returns and Exchanges: US orders only
We want you to be delighted with your ENELL bra! If you do need to return or exchange your ENELL bra, Submit a return request by clicking on the button below. Once we receive your request, we will email you return instructions with a postage paid label. You simply need your order number and email to get the process started. If you purchased your ENELL elsewhere, please return to the same point of purchase.
Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Please note:
- Enell, Inc. will not provide a refund or exchange on damaged items due to improper care.
- Enell, Inc. takes great pride in the quality and condition of every item sold. In the rare instance that a manufacturing defect does occur, all returns will be subjected to Enell, Inc.'s Quality Assurance. If the product is agreed to be defective, because of a manufacturer's defect, Enell, Inc. will repair or replace the product at no charge.
- Enell, Inc. will refund your original method of payment upon receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable.
