ENELL is based in the US but also ships internationally.
For all orders:
We ship the same-day for orders received before 2:00 PM MST. For orders received after 2:00 PM MST, we will ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
For US orders:
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are usually received in 2-3 business days.
Enell.com is working with SkyBOX Checkout for international orders. SkyBOX Checkout allows us to show our prices in local currency and gives you the option to pay for your order in USD or local currency. The amount you pay at checkout will be final and inclusive of duties and taxes. SkyBOX Checkout guarantees the duty and tax estimates provided at checkout and will honor this price regardless of any differences between our estimates and the actual duties and taxes assessed by the customs authorities.

Returns and Exchanges: US orders only
We want you to be delighted with your ENELL bra! If you do need to return or exchange it, we do accept returns for ENELL bras ordered through enell.com or via phone to our office. If you purchased your ENELL elsewhere, please return to the same point of purchase.
Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Enell, Inc. will not provide a refund or exchange on damaged items due to improper care.
- Enell, Inc. takes great pride in the quality and condition of every item sold. In the rare instance that a manufacturing defect does occur, all returns will be subjected to Enell, Inc.'s Quality Assurance. If the product is agreed to be defective, because of a manufacturer's defect, Enell, Inc. will repair or replace the product at no charge.
- We strongly recommend that your package be insured and shipped by a method with a tracking number. Enell, Inc. is not responsible for lost items.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges back to Enell, Inc.

- State the reason for the return and/or what you would like in exchange.
